とり肉とキャベツの日本酒蒸し
材料（2～3人分）
- キャベツ
- 1/4個
- マッシュルーム
- 1パック
- パセリ
- 1枝
- 鶏もも肉
- 2枚(約360g)
- 塩・こしょう
- 少々
- 日本酒
- 3/4カップ
- トマトジュース
- 100ml
- ローリエ
- 1枚
- 塩
- 小さじ1/4
- 粗びき黒こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- キャベツは芯ごと4等分に切り、マッシュルームは石づきを落として半分に切る。パセリの葉は粗みじん切りにし、茎はとっておく。鶏もも肉は大きめの一口大に切り、塩、こしょうをふる。

- フライパンを熱して油をひかずに、キャベツと鶏肉の皮を下にして並べて中火で加熱し、鶏皮に焼き色がついたら裏返して軽く焼き、日本酒を加えて1/3量になるまで煮詰める。

- トマトジュース、マッシュルーム、パセリの茎、ローリエを加え、蓋をして強めの中火で約10分煮る。塩、こしょうで調味し、器に盛ってパセリの葉を散らす。
