軟らかく蒸した鶏肉に生トマトで作ったさっぱりソースをたっぷりかけて
お召し上がりください。
鶏肉は生身のまま蒸してしまうと、身が固くなってしまいがちですが、
日本酒の力を借りれば、驚くほどふっくらと軟らかく仕上がります。
蒸し鶏のトマトソース
材料（2人分）
- 鶏もも肉
- 250g
- 日本酒
- 大さじ2
- 塩
- 少々
- きゅうり
- 1本+塩
- トマト
- 1個
- 長ねぎ
- 1/4本
- (A)ごま油
- 大さじ2
- ┗白炒りゴマ
- 小さじ2
- ┗鶏ガラスープ素顆粒
- 小さじ2
- ┗レモン汁
- 大さじ1
- ┗おろしにんにく
- 小さじ1
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 鶏もも肉にフォークで数か所穴をあけ、耐熱皿に並べ、日本酒と塩を振り、ラップをし、レンジで約4分加熱する。粗熱がとれるまで、ラップをかけたまま置いておく。
- 2.
- きゅうりは塩を振って板ずりし、ピーラーでスライスする。トマトは種を取り、角切りにし、水気を切る。長ねぎはみじん切りにする。
- 3.
- トマト、長ねぎ、Aを混ぜ合わせる。
- 4.
- 器に(2)のきゅうりを敷き、食べやすい大きさに切った(1)をのせ、(3)をかける。
