ナスとピーマンのラー油炒め
材料（2人分）
- ナス
- 2本
- ピーマン
- 2個
- ツナ缶(オイル漬け)
- 小1缶(80g)
- にんにく
- 1/2かけ
- 日本酒
- 小さじ1
- しょうゆ
- 小さじ1
- (A)みそ
- 大さじ1/2
- ┗砂糖
- 小さじ2
- ┗ガラスープの素
- 小さじ1
- ┗ラー油
- 小さじ1
- サラダ油
- 小さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- ナスは縦半分に切って、薄めの半月切りに、ピーマンは縦半分に切り、種とヘタを取って、横に薄切りにする。
- 2.
- ツナは油をきっておく。にんにくはみじん切りにする。
- 3.
- Aを混ぜ合せておく。
- 4.
- フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、にんにくを炒め、ナスとピーマンを加える。
- 5.
- ナスがしんなりしてきたら、ツナを加え、Ａをからめるように炒める。
- 6.
- 最後にラー油を回し入れ、火を止める。
