まろやかな味噌と淡白な食材の相性が抜群！
白身魚などの淡白な味の食材と合わせるなら、
ねぎ味噌は日本酒を加えて少しまろやかにした方が相性がよくなります。
日本酒を加えることでキレイな焼き色がついて食欲増進効果が増す上に、
魚の臭みもとってくれるため、魚が苦手な方でもお楽しみいただける
レシピになりました。
今回は鱈を使いましたが、魚だけでなく、ささみなどの
淡白なお肉にもよく合うので、ぜひお好みでお試しください。
白身魚のねぎ味噌焼き
材料（2人分※写真は2人分）
- 白身魚
- 2切れ
- 塩・こしょう
- 少々
- 日本酒
- 小さじ1
- (A)長ねぎ
- 20g
- ┗味噌
- 大さじ1・1/3
- ┗砂糖
- 大さじ2
- 日本酒
- 小さじ2
- まいたけ
- 60g
- サラダ油
- 適量
- しその葉
- 2枚
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 白身魚は塩・こしょうしておく。長ねぎはみじん切りにする。
- 2.
- ホイルの上に白身魚を置き、酒をふりかけて混ぜ合わせた Aをのせふんわりと包み、グリルで約9分焼く。
- 3.
- ホイルを開き、味噌に軽く焦げ目がつくまで約3分焼く。
- 4.
- まいたけは油を熱したフライパンで軽く炒め、塩で調味し、焦げ目がつくまで焼く。
- 5.
- 器にしその葉を敷き、(3)を盛り付けてを添える。
