- オリーブ油
- 大さじ1/2
- にんにく
- 1/2片
- (A)冷凍アスパラ
- 2本
- (A)冷凍ブロッコリー
- 150g
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- キドニービーンズ
- 30g
- 冷凍からあげ
- 6個
- 日本酒
- 小さじ1
- ミニトマト
- 8個
- (B)オリーブ油
- 大さじ1
- (B)レモン汁
- 大さじ1/2
- (B)砂糖
- 小さじ1/2
- (B)塩
- 小さじ1/4
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- にんにくは皮をむき、半分に切る。ミニトマトはヘタを取って細かく切り、Bと混ぜ合わせる。
- 2.
- 冷凍からあげは半分に切って器に入れて日本酒をかけ、ラップをふんわりかけてから電子レンジで温めておく。
- 3.
- フライパンにオリーブ油を入れて中火で熱し、にんにくを軽く炒め香りが立ったらAを加えて蓋をし、約5分蒸し焼きにする。
- 4.
- 器に(2)を盛ったら、キドニービーンズ、からあげを散らし、(4)をかける。
