いつものうどんをエスニック風に！
夏になるとエスニックな食べ物が食べたくなりますよね。そんな時はいつもの料理をエスニック風にアレンジ！
日本酒を加えたお湯で冷凍うどんをゆでることにより、冷凍臭を緩和します。
トマトの酸味と、香辛料が食欲を刺激してくれます。
ナンプラーとパクチーでいつものうどんとは違うエスニックな味わいを楽しむことができます。ごま油を加えてコクをプラスするのも◎。
ピリ辛トマトうどん
材料（2人分）
- うどん(冷凍)
- 2玉
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ2
- トマト
- 中2個
- 玉ねぎ
- 1/2個
- 鶏ささ身
- 2本
- 赤唐辛子(輪切り)
- 1本分
- 水
- 600cc
- 卵
- 2個
- (A)鶏ガラスープ
- 小さじ1
- ┗ナンプラー
- 大さじ1
- ┗しょうゆ
- 小さじ1
- ┗レモン(絞り汁)
- 小さじ2
- 香菜
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- トマトは1㎝角に、玉ねぎはスライスする。鶏ささ身は筋を取ってそぎ切りにする。
- 2.
- 鍋に(1)のトマトと玉ねぎを入れ、蓋をして弱火で2,3分煮る。鶏ささ身と赤唐辛子を加え、蓋をしてさらに2分煮る。
- 3.
- 水を加えて中火に変え、沸騰したらアクを取り【A】で調味し、溶き卵を加える。
- 4.
- 別鍋で日本酒を加えたお湯でうどんを茹で、しっかり水気をきって器に入れ(3)をかけ、最後に香菜をのせる。
