ワンタンだけだと栄養が偏ってしまうので
ビタミン類もしっかりチャージできるように
彩りよく栄養価の高いお野菜も加えました。
煮崩れしやすいワンタンは
スープに日本酒を加えることで煮崩れを防ぐことができます。
スープの味にも深みが増すので、より美味しく召し上がっていただけます。
ワンタンスープ
材料（2人分）
- 青梗菜
- 1株
- 人参
- 1/4本
- 市販の肉ワンタン
- 10枚
- (A)鶏ガラスープのもと
- 小さじ2
- ┗しょうゆ
- 小さじ1
- ┗塩
- 少々
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
- ┗日本酒
- 1/4カップ
- ┗水
- 2.5カップ
- しょうがの絞り汁
- 小さじ1/2
- ごま油
- 小さじ1
- 白炒りごま
- 適量
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 青梗菜は2cm幅に切り、人参は短冊切りにする。
- 2.
- 鍋に人参とAを入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら青梗菜とワンタンを加え、弱火で煮る。火が通ったら、しょうがの絞り汁とごま油を加え、ひと混ぜする。
- 3.
- 器に盛り付け、ごまを散らす。
