枝豆のポタージュ
材料（2人分）
- 枝豆
- 100g
- 絹ごし豆腐
- 120g
- 煮切り酒
- 大さじ2
- 生クリーム
- 50cc
- 顆粒コンソメ
- 3g
- 湯
- 50cc
- 塩
- 少々
- こしょう
- 少々
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 茹でて冷ました枝豆はさやから出し、薄皮をむく。盛りつけ用として4粒を別にとっておく。
- 2.
- (1)と、絹ごし豆腐、お湯で溶いたコンソメ、生クリームをミキサーにかけ、なめらかにし、塩・こしょうで味を調え、器に盛ったら、飾り用の枝豆をトッピングする。
