野菜をたっぷり混ぜ込んでいるのでヘルシーにお召あがりいただけます。
臭みが気になるひき肉は
日本酒を加えて、混ぜ込むと臭いが緩和されます。
焼く前に日本酒をスプレーで吹きつけておくと、
表面がこんがりと良い焼き色に仕上がり、
香ばしい香りがオーブンいっぱいに広がります。
簡単ヘルシーミートローフ
材料（作りやすい分量）
- 玉ねぎ
- 1個
- 赤パプリカ
- 1/2個
- 黄パプリカ
- 1/2個
- ブロッコリー
- 1/4個
- ミニトマト
- 6個
- (A)オリーブオイル
- 大さじ1
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
- オリーブオイル
- 大さじ1
- 合びき肉
- 500g
- (B)パン粉
- 20g
- ┗卵
- 1個
- ┗日本酒
- 大さじ1
- ┗ナツメグ
- 少々
- ┗塩
- 少々
- ┗こしょう
- 少々
- うずら卵水煮
- 10個
- (C)焼いた時に出る肉汁
- 大さじ1
- ┗中濃ソース
- 大さじ3
- ┗ケチャップ
- 大さじ3
- ┗マヨネーズ
- 大さじ1
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 玉ねぎ、パプリカは粗みじん切りにする。小房に切り分けたブロッコリーとミニトマトは洗って、Aを絡め、アルミホイルで包んでおく。オーブンを180℃に予熱しておく。

- フライパンにオリーブオイルを熱し、玉ねぎ、パプリカを入れて炒め皿に取り出し、粗熱を取っておく。
- 3.
- ボウルに合びき肉、Bを入れ、粘りが出るまで捏ねたら、(2)を加える。
- 4.
- パウンド型にラップを敷き、(3)の半量を敷きつめ、空気を抜き、真ん中にうずら卵を並べる。残りの(3)を入れ、さらに空気抜きし、長方形に成型する。
- 5.
- 天板にオーブンシートを敷き、ラップを外した(4)をのせ、スプレーボトルに入れた日本酒を吹きつけ、180℃のオーブンで30分焼く。一旦取り出し、アルミホイルで包み、さらに15分焼く。同時に、(1)のブロッコリーとトマトも焼く。ミートローフに竹串をさし、透明な肉汁が出てきたら取り出す。

- 耐熱容器にＣを入れて混ぜ、ラップをしてレンジで2分加熱する。

- ミートローフを切り分けて器に盛り付け、(6)をかけ、ブロッコリーとミニトマトを添える。
