卵と春雨のサンラータン
材料（2人分）
- 卵
- 2個
- 春雨(乾)
- 6g
- 絹豆腐
- 120g
- ニラ
- 40g
- きくらげ
- 1枚
- 水
- 2カップ
- 鶏がらスープの素
- 小さじ2/3
- 日本酒
- 大さじ1
- 酢
- 大さじ1
- 豆板醤
- 小さじ1
- 水溶き片栗粉
- 大さじ1.5
How to cook（作り方）
- 1.
- 卵は溶きほぐしておく。春雨はキッチンばさみで食べやすい長さに、ニラは2cm長さに切る。
きくらげは水で戻して、細切りにする。豆腐は2cm角に切る。
- 2.
- 鍋に水と鶏がらスープのもとを加えて温め、沸騰したら日本酒と春雨、きくらげ、絹豆腐を入れる。
- 3.
- ニラを入れてひと煮立ちしたら卵を溶き入れる。
- 4.
- 豆板醤、酢で味をととのえ、水溶き片栗粉を回しいれてとろみをつけ器に盛り付ける。
※辛いのが苦手な場合には豆板醤の量を調節してください。
